Start of final assembly
Doesn't look like much, but two more days of work were needed for the next steps. Indicator brackets to mount the indicators at some distance from the body ...
... nose fasteners riveted to mount the nose ...
... middle console bolted in and connected and with the scuttle and wiper motor in, it was possible to attach the water tank. Plus a lot of little things like the fasteners for the bonnet a.s.o.
Cheers.

Fuse and relay box ready
Some minor connections to be made next weekend, but the fuse and relay box is ready and in place. Note free fuse connections to add more electrical loads if needed.
New bedtime reading arrived today ... good night!

Still no electric's end
More done today, but still a lot to do:
Sidelights, Beam, Highbeam, Indicators, Stoplight, Horn, and maybe some other stuff I forgot. Never thought that electrics is that much work.
Cheers.

Balancing
Every throttle body has an internal link (cyl.1&2 and 3&4). Both throttle bodies are linked and have to be balanced one with the other. A practical tool is the synchrometer, measuring the amount of air aspirated.
This is a rough method during idle, I will repeat it when I can run the engine outside for a longer time.

K&N air filters mounted, inlet finished! I also swapped the fuel rail connector after replacing the faulty O-ring.

Throttle cable
After assembling the throttle linkage, it was time to connect the cable coming from the pedal. Quite a fiddle with almost no access to the pedal underneath the dashboard, but the result is ok. Some adjustment to be done with the engine running.
Two relays mounted and connected, six more to come.
Cheers.

Throttle linkage
What you get: a description and three bags with brackets, bolts and nuts.
What it should look like: the completed throttle linkage.
What it looks like when you disassemble it again and remount it mirror-inverted.
Pivot link between cable operated lever and throttle axis.
Cheers,

Speed sensor bracket
The new wheel carrier has different fixing points, that's why I had to build a new bracket to carry the wheel speed sensor. It counts the brake disc bolts and the odometer calculates the speed together with the wheel's circumference.
Cheers.
